Working with Stacie helped me build my confidence and become more intentional and strategic in my leadership. Throughout our sessions, I focused on delegating more effectively to my team, becoming more comfortable speaking up in meetings and had more time to prioritize strategic work to advance our team goals. I enjoyed each session and appreciated leaving with practical takeaways that I could immediately put into practice.

Stacie has been a true thinking partner and has really helped me prioritize the important things. She reminds me of my goals and intentions when I'm distracted. She also reminds me to celebrate the wins and encourages self care. I got promoted and one of the things mentioned was the plan I put together for my team. Stacie encouraged me to share that plan with my boss and stakeholders in the first place. This is just one example of her impact on coaching me.

Through my coaching experience so far, I've gained a deeper sense of self-awareness and a more intentional approach to leadership. One of the most impactful takeaways has been learning to lead with curiosity - asking open-ended questions to foster growth, rather than defaulting to directive or closed-ended approaches. Stacie gets me thinking. I can throw out a bunch of topics/stories/feeling and she'll circle back on items to really think on. She also injects her own experiences which is super valuable for me.
