Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is to become your strategic thinking partner. My favourite work is with STEM leaders of all levels who are inspired to be better and make a difference. From field operations to the boardroom, I have personal experience as to what growth challenges my clients are facing. I also know firsthand the power of coaching and the positive impact of a high trust coaching relationship.
