About Stacie

I am a former leader in Canada’s energy industry with experience navigating constantly shifting environments. I understand how to build teams and help great leaders solve hard technical and business challenges. I have a background in strategic planning, operations, business optimization and change management. Today, I work with senior leaders to help them lead with authenticity, intention, and purpose to build better business and elevate their team performance. I help leaders see the “bigger picture” in what they can’t or won’t see, navigate critical topics, and achieve transformative growth through one-on-one coaching and facilitating leadership sessions.

My coaching philosophy is to be a strategic thought partner. I love to work with high impact executives and senior leaders who are inspired to be better and make a difference. From field operations to the boardroom, I have personal experience in the challenges leaders are facing. I understand and appreciate the power of coaching and the positive impact of a high trust coaching relationship. I motivate, inspire, engage, and meet each client where they are on their path to success.

Educated as an engineer, I am now a PCC level coach from the International Coaching Federation. I am also a Certified Practitioner with EQ-i 2.0, EQ360, Everything DiSC, and the Leadership Circle Profile.

When I'm not coaching, skiing, or playing ultimate frisbee, I love to design and make jewelry. My bead collection comes from all over the world and its been a labour of love for years.
