Celebrating Proudest Client Moments of 2024

As we approach the end of another year, it's a valuable time for reflection and celebration. One of the roles I play as a coach is to guide and support my clients through their journeys. Asking clients to reflect on their proudest moments of 2024 is not just an exercise in nostalgia but a powerful tool for fostering growth, confidence, and future success. Encouraging my clients to look back on their proudest moments of 2024 is a powerful exercise. This practice not only reinforces positive experiences but also strengthens self-awareness and motivation for the future.

Over the last few weeks in some of my coaching sessions, I've been asking the simple yet powerful question of what are you most proud of this year. I'm sharing with you a variety of their snippets. Love it. I'm proud too.

"I've been able to pivot for the better; the old me would have just ridden through with the status quo."

"There was significant turnover within my team at the same time. I maintained mental toughness and resilience in rebuilding, maintaining our deliverable schedule, and driving even more impact."

"I developed and tried self-promotion strategies that felt authentic to me. I used them with my leadership and got the promotion I was aiming for."

"That I've become self-aware enough to look for opportunities from change."

"I finally figured out what I truly wanted in my career. I went from 'should' to 'want' with the work I was doing."

Recognizing accomplishments, no matter how small, underscores personal and professional growth. Celebrating wins enhances self-esteem and reinforces the belief that they can overcome challenges. Understanding past successes can inform and inspire future ambitions.

So, as we close the chapter on 2024, let's take a moment to reflect, celebrate, and look forward to the bright possibilities that lie ahead. Here's to another year of growth, success, and proud moments!
